At Utility Rentals – leasing to the education sector is our core offering, and ensuring our product is compliant with education sector legislation is paramount.

Schools and Academies are only allowed to lease equipment via an operating lease as per the regulations and advice given to Schools and Academies by the Department for Education.

All of our Rental Agreements and Subscription Services are compliant operating leases. There’s no long complex contracts – just simple, clear and transparent paperwork and terms, without any hidden surprises during the rental period. We are also completely clear on what a school’s options are at the end of the rental period – right from the start, so there are no unknowns along the way.

And as our funding solution can be used for almost any equipment and associated services such as install and ongoing maintenance, leasing can be a great way for schools to prevent equipment from becoming redundant and ensure they provide an exceptional classroom experience to their pupils.
