Today, we’ll tell you a bit more about our Platinum Trusted Service Award and why it matters to us.
What is a Feefo Platinum Trusted Service Award?
Feefo is a customer review platform that awards businesses of all types for outstanding customer service.
Feefo collects feedback from real-life customers to gain authentic and honest insights into their experience. After making a purchase, customers can leave a comment and rate the customer service they received out of five stars.
Feefo then shares these reviews (positive and negative) to help other customers make their purchasing decisions.
Every January, Feefo rewards the business that were customer service super-stars! Only the highest (and most consistent) performers achieve a Platinum award:
- Trusted Service Award (at least 50 reviews within a one-year period with an average rating of 4.0-4.4 out of 5)
- Gold Trusted Service Award (at least 50 reviews within a one-year period with an average rating of 4.5+ out of 5)
- *Platinum Trusted Service Award* (only awarded to businesses who have met the criteria for Gold Trusted Service for the past three consecutive years)

The Utility Rentals team really cares about customers, and we always recommend the solution that’s best for them. We can help with any size of project and we also offer support to customers in using their new equipment, rolling it out and staff training.
